Located in the City of Oshkosh, Wisconsin; downtown area next to the City's ball diamonds and municipal swimming pool. Made entirely of concrete with a somewhat slippery painted surface. No bikes are allowed. It is built like a big bowl with the obstacles within it. A beginners park.

Helmets and pads are not required but highly recommended.
